Arsenal is ready to spend a whopping £95 million pounds to sign European Super star in the Summer window

Defensa Central reports that Arsenal has set its sights on Real Madrid’s rising midfield star, Eduardo Camavinga, as a summer transfer target. Despite splurging £105 million on Declan Rice just a year ago, the Gunners are keen on reinforcing their midfield. While initially signed for midfield duties, Kai Havertz has recently excelled as a central striker.

Arteta faces the task of filling the void left by Xhaka in midfield. Plans are underway to recruit a top-tier midfielder, with David Ornstein revealing that the Arsenal manager is torn between signing a No. 6 or a No. 8.

Considering potential midfield additions, Defensa Central suggests that Arsenal is eyeing Eduardo Camavinga from Real Madrid. The Gunners see the French talent as a fitting addition to the Premier League and are prepared to shell out £95 million for his services.

The prospect of Arsenal investing heavily in another midfielder, especially after the significant expenditure on Rice, raises eyebrows. Nevertheless, securing Camavinga’s signature would be a coup for the North London club.

Although Carlo Ancelotti views Camavinga as pivotal, the youngster has yet to cement a regular starting spot at Real Madrid. If he doesn’t feature against Man City in the Champions League this week, Arsenal believes they could entice him away from the Bernabeu in the upcoming summer transfer window.

Primarily a left-sided central midfielder, Camavinga has displayed versatility by deputizing at left-back when required. At Arsenal, he could potentially fill the role left vacant by Granit Xhaka, operating as the left-sided No. 8 alongside Rice at No. 6 and Odegaard as the right-sided No. 8.

The prospect of a midfield trio comprising Rice, Camavinga, and Odegaard presents an enticing proposition for Arsenal. Madrid might be inclined to part ways with Camavinga if Arsenal tables £95 million, given their need to finance a blockbuster move for Kylian Mbappe.
